- Recordings stay on your device unless you turn on cloud backup. Cloud takes are stored in your own private account and are only shared when you explicitly create a share link.
- Which devices and browsers work with Nuecue?
- Nuecue runs in the browser on desktop and mobile. Recording and voice-tracked scrolling work in Chrome, Edge, and Safari on recent versions of macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. Firefox and Brave are supported too — voice tracking there uses an on-device speech model that downloads once, so the first run takes a moment longer.
- How does payment and billing work?
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, and receipts plus invoices are available in the customer portal.
